Kapamilya actress Kristine Hermosa is no doubt an epitome of beauty. In fact, she is considered as one of the most gorgeous faces in the local showbiz industry. The 34-year-old actress and mom-of-four continues to amaze her fans with her timeless beauty that is being envied by many.
After years of being on hiatus, Kristine is finally back in the limelight to practice her craft. However, she admitted in previous interviews that at first, she was really hesitant whether this is the right time for her to make a comeback.
Kristine’s last Kapamilya teleserye was in 2010, where she played the role as Diwata Eva in fantaseries “Noah.”
Kristine shared that she first asked for a sign whether she will accept the project being offered to her by ABS-CBN.
“You know naman my heart naman talaga is sa family na eh. I prayed about it and I asked God, ‘Lord, ano ba? Gusto mo na ba akong bumalik talaga?’ Alam ko na baka imposible and then it worked out. Parang nag-yes sila sa lahat ng ano… lalo akong kinabahan.”
Presently, Kristine is part of the fantasy series “Bagani” where she portrays the role of Malaya, the wife of Bathala. She is also the onscreen sister of Ganda, the character played by top-billed actress Liza Soberano.
Kristine admitted that she feels at home on set. It turns out this is the exact same location where they often shoot for their previous primetime series “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” back in 2000.
“Dito pala kami nag-shoot ng Pangako Sa ‘Yo. On my first day, when I went out of the car parang familiar ‘yung set. Ang tagal ko pala talagang nag-shooting dito.”
As for Kristine, she admits that she is happy with this milestone in her acting career.
“Of course, when you’re new with what you’re doing, of course, you’re stuck again with people, everyone. But I’m happy, I’m okay.”
