Raped by a Soldier
A 14-year old girl and her mother went to Tulfo to seek assistance because a soldier renting in an apartment beside their house allegedly rape the teenager and worst, impregnated her.
When Tulfo called Cpl. Redentor Guese during the show, the soldier readily admits his deed—raping the minor seven times and getting her pregnant—and asks for the forgiveness and proposes a monetary settlement with mother of the minor.
What help?
More ever, the said soldier amused Tulfo when he has the nerve to asked the TV Host to help him as well.
“Patulong ka sa akin? Anong pumasok sa kukute mo at ganun po ang inyong pananalita na tutulungan kita?"
"Kapal ng mukha mo, ikaw pa may lakas ng loob magpatulong sa akin,” Tulfo replied sharply to the soldier.
“Ang tulong na ibibigay ko sa iyo ay ipapakulong kita.”
Tulfo and his staff willingly helped for the speedy processing of the legal complaints of the victim against the soldier. They filed both a criminal and administrative case against him.
No for settlement
The wife of the soldier has also the guts to persuade the victim’s family to keep silent and stop the complaints in exchange for money and payment for the victim’s medical expenses.
The family did not accept any settlement and the suspect’s family were driven out from their house.

It's really a wonder how some people are so thick-headed and entitled to think that these kinds of cases can be brought about by a settlement. After ruining the girl's life, this soldier and his wife still has the guts to ask for a settlement and they even tried to bribe them for money? Where do you think are they getting that kind of confidence level?
