 A Filipino female migrant worker in Taoyuan dumped her newborn baby girl next to the trash cart because she could not afford to raise a child.

It was found that a baby girl with an umbilical cord was left next to a trash car on Zhonghua Road in Taoyuan.

Police investigations revealed that the mother was a Filipino migrant worker.

The Filipina migrant worker confess that the baby is hers and she can't afford it raising the child before discarding it.  

The police sent the  mother to justice in accordance with a letter of suspected abandonment, and the baby girl was urgently placed by the Taoyuan City Social Bureau.
