The “That’s Entertainment” alumna recently shared her secret to always looking young. Despite being a full-time mom, a doting housewife, and successful career woman, Ana sees to it that she takes care of her health too.
In an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP), the Kapamilya actress revealed that she owes her timeless beauty to her healthy lifestyle.
Ana said she makes it a point to get at least eight to nine hours of sleep every day, except when she has tapings for a show. She also stays away from alcohol and smoking, and consciously watches what she eats.
“It’s really a healthy lifestyle,” the actress shared.
Aside from eating healthy and steering clear of vices, Ana said she is also physically active and regularly works out. She does Zumba two to three times a week, and she sometimes does light weights.
To take care of her skin, the beautiful mom said she likes treating herself to facial and firming treatments.
