Danilo Navarro, the father of actor-host Vhong Navarro has passed away. The Kapamilya actor and dancer Vhong Navarro is definitely in deep grief upon losing his father today, Janaury 22, 2018.
The sad news has been confirmed by his It's Showtime co-host Amy Perez.
"Nais po naming samantalahin ang pagkakataong ito para sa panandaliang katahimikan. Ipinapaabot po ng buong 'Showtime' family ang amin pong taos-pusong pakikiramay sa pamilya Navarro, lalo na sa kapatid nating si Vhong sa pagpanaw po ng kanilang daddy na si Daddy Danilo Navarro," Amy Perez said.
While co-host Jhong Hilario, for his part, said: "Kuys Vhong, alam namin na kaya mo 'yan, nandito kaming buong pamilya mo at 'Showtime' na kasama mo sa pagdadalamhati mo. I'm sure malalampasan mo lahat ng problema mo. We love you, Vhong."
It was not made clear what the casue of his father's death was. but Vhong had been posting photos on his Instagram page, revealing that his father had been hospitalized.
On his birthday, Vhong took the opportunity to psot throwaback photos of the two of them. Vhong was grateful that "ang pahiramin pa samin ang buhay mo ang isang pinakamagandang regalong natanggap ko ngayong kaarawan ko."
