Teaching is a very noble profession. Teachers are our heroes of learning and knowledge. They helped their students to be the best version of themselves no matter what happen or what ever character their students was.

On a viral video posted on social media, a teacher was happily giving rewards to her students by giving money all because of their high grades in taking their respective exams. Many will question the teacher why would she give monetary rewards to children who were her students, are there any other ways on motivating the students?

Will it be a great impact for the students receiving those kind of rewards? Maybe, whatever the teacher’s reason was, the most important thing is that the students were very motivated on her way of teaching and rewarding her students.
