During the interview, Derek said he is excited to get married one day and would not have a problem getting married as soon as possible.
For the first time since confirming that they’re dating, Derek Ramsay opened up about his relationship with his new girlfriend Ellen Adarna.
He talked about it in an exclusive interview with G3 San Diego on Mega.
“You will see me married one day. You will. I know,” Derek said.
The actor said that compared to his past relationships, he has never been as in love as he is right now with Ellen.
“I think she’s the one. And I say it’s gonna happen quick.”
“Seriously. Like no joke. Sometimes you need to live a crazy life. I’ve always been living a safe life, and now, parang holy shit! I don’t know what’s coming. I don’t know what’s happening…” he added.
Aording to Derek, there is never a dull moment with Ellen because she is fun, authentic, and alpha just like him.
“I’ve always thought I want to get married. I know I want to get married… Kung pwede nga bukas, bukas na eh!”
Derek revealed that prior to the dinner party in January that first sparked rumors romantically linking them, he and Ellen had already met on a blind date set up by their mutual friend, John Estrada.
“We follow each other on Instagram. But we didn’t formally know each other. We were supposed to work together before, in a movie. But that didn’t materialize,” he said.
Ramsay described being drawn to Adarna as a “chemical reaction.”
Ramsay had just come from a breakup with his girlfriend of one year, actress Andrea Torres, in November.
Falling in love with Adarna a couple of months later, he said, “super blindsided” him.
